This is for a Shur-Dri 1/2hp Sump Pump This is a Shur-Dri 1/2hp Automatic Submersible Pump This pump is a brand new Utility Pump made by Shur-Dri, Model# SDAS5 SPECIFICATIONS Brand: Shur-Dri Pump Type: Sump Horsepower: 1/2hp Construction: Plastic GPH: 2580 Maximum This is brand new old stock so you can get the same quality for a fraction of the price without having to settle for a lower quality brand! The Shur-Dri company originally offered a 1 year warranty on this specific pump. We are NOT a Shur-Dri dealer, so the Shur-Dri warranty will not be honored on any pumps purchased from us. With each pump purchased we are offering a 60 day warranty limited to the exact same terms and condition as the Shur-Dri limited warranty . The 60 days will begin with the date of purchase and this is intended to provide a proper amount of time to install the pump and confirm that it is in perfect working order as advertised. If there is an issue with any pump or pump accessory simply contact us and we will be happy to work out a partial refund, offer a replacement item, or give a full refund. We do NOT replace items that are installed incorrectly or that have been altered We will NOT accept returns if the reason selected does not match the actual reason for opening the return Payments We ONLY accept PayPal payments unless other arrangements are made. PayPal is the preferred method of payment for TZSupplies. In special circumstances we may accept Merchant Credit Card payments. To pay any way other than PayPal you must contact us for prior approval Payment on any item is due within 4 day of purchase. Shipping Policies Domestic Small Pack Shipping - Most small items are shipped using USPS First Class Mail and USPS Padded Flat Rate Envelopes. International Shipping - We use USPS First Class Mail for most International Shipments. We can arrange shipping with UPS or DHL if desired. If you wish to use another service simply contact us with your request. Large Packages - All packages over a certain size or over MUST be shipped using UPS. The USPS does not handle packages over 75lb or over certain dimensions. We use Calculated Shipping for our larger items to ensure customers only pay the true shipping cost to their destination. The stated charges in a Calculated Shipping listing can change at anytime as rates change and are beyond our control. Please be aware that you must have a verifiable physical address to receive large packages. Freight Shipping - We sell many items that must be shipped using a Freight Truck. These types of items require a custom shipping quote. These items usually ship on a pallet and are shipped using the service with the best rate. You may request certain services but there may be extra charges involved. Any freight shipping quotes are only good for 24 hours after they are quoted.
